Mobile telephony consultant at EDSAS
As a mobile telephony consultant, you will be responsible for advising customers on the various options for their mobile telephony subscriptions. You are the first point of contact for our telephony customers. Do our customers have a question about their telephony subscription? With your expertise about mobile telephony, you can easily answer all their questions. You know how to convert needs and wishes into a customized subscription. You keep a close eye on the developments within the mobile telephony market.
Work
- Point of contact for questions about mobile telephony
- Advising customers on mobile telephony and subscriptions
- Closing new subscriptions and renewing existing subscriptions
- Turning needs and wants into a customized proposal
- Keeping up with developments within the mobile phone market
- Maintain customer records and administration
