Service desk intern at EDSAS
As a service desk intern, you will be part of our service desk department. Our service desk department is our customer's first point of contact. You are the business card of our company. On a daily basis you will assist customers by phone, on location and by email. You help our customers with their ICT problems. This means that you are busy with hardware repairs, assisting with the installation of networks, assisting with the installation/configuration of telephony and solving software problems.

- Customer contact via phone, on-site and mail
